All Ohio Chapter Spring Meeting Exhibits are 6' table-top displays.

Set-up Times -- Vendors may set up their exhibits between 4:30 and 6:30 pm
on Friday, March 24, 2017  (prior to "Exhibitors Reception"), or before 8:00 am
on Saturday, March 25, 2017.

Exhibit Hours-- Exhibits will be open during the Exhibitors' Reception
(6:00-7:00 PM Friday, March 24) and from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm on Saturday,
March 25, 2017.  Specific exhibit times in the program  include  8:00-9:00 am;
10:00-10:30 am, 12:00-1:30 pm and 3:00-3:15 pm.

Tear-down times -- Exhibitors are asked to keep their exhibits set up
until
after the afternoon break on Saturday, March, 25th.
